All properties unless otherwise stated are for minimum six month lets. Please browse through our listing and if you see a property of particular interest or you wish to register with us generally just click here register. Viewings take place during normal office hours of 9.00 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday to Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays although appointments can sometimes be made outside of these hours by special arrangement. If you do make an offer on a property which is accepted by the Landlord we would require a non-refundable holding deposit. Dixon Porter use a Credit Rating Agency to assess tenants for which there is a fee. There is also an Administration cost for the drawing up of all the legal documentation One months rent in advance, six weeks rent as deposit, our Administration Fee and any check-in charges must be paid on or before the date of occupation.
